One of my favourite garments in fashion is the houndstooth pattern, prints and or knitted work of it. It’s amazing how a work of a garment can make you feel.
I can’t remember the last time I felt like this, before eventually, and finally finding the name of this pattern 5 years ago. ( How on earth time flies like that… *sigh* )
Many people do not know pattern names so I think that, it’s always a great thing to do your research into items you need the answers to; It is actually called the Dogtooth in the English term. Houndstooth in other cases… so if you are looking into specific things always refer it in its all different names… Check out our awesome feed, that I am part of as one of the teams over Instagram here
I originally bought this coat from Amazon, a few years back, and yes that’s one of my favourite online places to shop at… in case you were wondering.
The top and leggings I am wearing down there, are from Primark. Most of the leggings that I buy are from there, I never look into buying a very high priced legging as I can even make my own but sometimes there isn’t enough time but can be balanced either way.
I hope you are all enjoying your weekend! Thank you for being here…
Hi darlings! How are we all doing? I trust that you are all well!
October is in! YAY! Where did the year go though? I was expecting it to be longer. LOL. I can’t believe how 2017 is nearly over. In less than 2 months we’ll all be welcoming 2018.
I am saying goodbye to blue hair for good… I have reached to the point where I got tired of bright and bold hairstyles. There isn’t any other colour left to do… So I said to myself, this is it! Let’s go back to nomral boring and never out of style hair looks…. oh well! Life!
I must say I have fairly accomplished many, many, things throughout this whole year; more than what I expected to achieve, and it is only the beginning… The hardest part is not giving up on the things I love the most and keeping believing in myself that I have the power to achieve everything I have ever wanted in time. All it takes hard work, consinstency and motivation around me. If you cannot find motivation ask, or look for one. It helps so much and life is less of a stressful mess!
Hi darlings, I hope everyone is enjoying the week so far! I can’t believe how fast August is going by, one more week to enjoy the vibe, that means end of summer real soon… ah the joys!
I have been so in love with colour for so long, that I somehow forgotten how cute it is, being minimal yet still bold at the same time, without having to worry about going wrong with colours, as the so popular saying “you ever go wrong with black and white”. I have always agreed to the fact! I now have come to a realisation that I didn’t quite appreciate the colour black and white or on their own. There is just something so pure and honest about those colours! Just like life, just because your day isn’t perfect doesn’t mean your life is ruined nor if you are wearing black or white clothes is always a bad, plain or a sad thing.
Another week going great; not perfect ever! My clothing brand page on Instagram is now back and running, @simbachelle. We are not quite big yet but time for sure will show as more designs coming up this winter… so go ahead and give the page a follow and support it, if you like. Much appreciated! I had an Etsy online shop in the past, someone suggested I should keep; but shall I bring it back, what do you think? It’s handmade/machine after all… LOL
Another amazing week has just flown by… So, after going totally bald, and re-growing my hair, looking after my hair health, that rather grow quite fast I would say now; decided to finally fix up one of my wigs, cut it, wash it and style it, and girl, this beauty is fire!!! ( at least in my eyes… ) There is always so much fun! I like to believe that I am not that much of the girly girl, but people who know me well think otherwise, LOL Well you could say that yourself… but as long as I know myself, I love glitters, I hate pink ( I just don’t wear it, there is something I don’t like about it and I don’t know what, but I like to see others wear it, weird, I know! Not my cup of tea… ) I love doing my nails putting on wigs or extensions when I have my hair grown at a particular length, I do not wear make-up unless it is lipstick or an eyeliner, I don’t draw on my eyebrows, I am keeping it all healthy and nice. Pretty much that sums up a few things about my personality… =)
I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend! Where are you located in the globe? Is it nice and sunny? I hate this weather, although I am so over with it! Typical British weather, if you know, you know…
Hi darlings, sorry I have gone for a while last, that’s like more than a month and less than two *sighs*. I am back and running now, not saying much on this post but enjoy the looks! ❤
Hope you all had an amazing weekend! Ready for this new *oh so long* week but less than you think? 😉 Cheer up! Let’s go!
Just a quick post, a bit of an update really, few of my fave outfits I did the past few weeks in my old red hair. I hope you like them, leave a comment of your favourite and how you would you style them. I love hearing those…
Don’t forget, I have loads of more looks over my Instagram feed and facebook page, be sure to check them out, give us a like or follow if you haven’t already!
…coming back in, after realising it has been a while since I have last posted. March was one of the busiest months ever! Really excited to say that I am now back but will not post as often as before as I am trying to balance everything back together. There are just so many things in the world I want to cherish and enjoy. Blogging is part of it too, so definitely I am not giving up on this!
I do hope you had a lovely month last month! and here is April, did you get to fool anyone on April’s fool? I surely did myself! 😀
New month, new hair and yet another new look, I have been loving khaki lately and I cannot lie, honestly this colour speaks class and vintage, and it is gorgeous in every way. Always love a bodycon dress: this one has long sleeves that go just before the beginning of your wrists and I did get one in black as I couldn’t resist how beautiful it was. I love a good vintage jacket, this one which I bought a few years back, is one of my favourites because of the sequins, colours and the camo print that is going on underneath it, it just follows so well with the dress. Simple hoop earrings, golden lips, sunglasses that not only match the dress but the leopard canvas shoes made it complete and I couldn’t be happier.
Most of the times I like to match my garments in the same colour, other times it will be just a pop of colour here and there or something totally different…

Hi lovelies, I hope you all had a fantastic Val’s time… Happy Valentine’s Week though, because it is a late post and the love is still in there and it will always be…
Here we shot two different looks for that special date, day and night looks; though you don’t need to wait another year for Valentine’s to come by, so that you can wear something like that, try and make each day special, because you are worth it!
I kept it red, and in the feeling of love…
Red is such a bright and bold colour, one of my very favourites! Vibrant and fabulous!
If you can make an outfit look romantic, casual and playful at the same time, then you’ve got it boo! I normally use scarves as belts, I think that any outfit will look cute if you tie a scarf around your waist…
I wore a simple, black Zara blazer to tone down the look just a little bit. I like to match colours between clothes, but I tend to always throw something extra in my outfits.

~~VAL’S NIGHT OUT LOOK~~
That blazer from Zara really made the whole look pop; not to mention, that it goes perfectly well with the Houndstooth George pants that I wore, plus a belt to keep it all in place and toned up, and… for that extra edge and glam, the lace undergarments!
Some sweet romance…

“My style is understated because everything I wear, I want it to have an effortless feel to it. I always want to be comfortable in my clothes and feel like myself, but I like to usually throw in some edge in there somewhere, even just with a leather jacket. But overall, always gotta keep it classy!” -Tori Kelly
