One of my favourite garments in fashion is the houndstooth pattern, prints and or knitted work of it. It’s amazing how a work of a garment can make you feel.

I can’t remember the last time I felt like this, before eventually, and finally finding the name of this pattern 5 years ago. ( How on earth time flies like that… *sigh* )

Many people do not know pattern names so I think that, it’s always a great thing to do your research into items you need the answers to; It is actually called the Dogtooth in the English term. Houndstooth in other cases… so if you are looking into specific things always refer it in its all different names… Check out our awesome feed, that I am part of as one of the teams over Instagram here

I originally bought this coat from Amazon, a few years back, and yes that’s one of my favourite online places to shop at… in case you were wondering.

The top and leggings I am wearing down there, are from Primark. Most of the leggings that I buy are from there, I never look into buying a very high priced legging as I can even make my own but sometimes there isn’t enough time but can be balanced either way.

I hope you are all enjoying your weekend! Thank you for being here…

Hi darlings! How are we all doing? I trust that you are all well!

October is in! YAY! Where did the year go though? I was expecting it to be longer. LOL. I can’t believe how 2017 is nearly over. In less than 2 months we’ll all be welcoming 2018.

I am saying goodbye to blue hair for good… I have reached to the point where I got tired of bright and bold hairstyles. There isn’t any other colour left to do… So I said to myself, this is it! Let’s go back to nomral boring and never out of style hair looks…. oh well! Life!

I must say I have fairly accomplished many, many, things throughout this whole year; more than what I expected to achieve, and it is only the beginning… The hardest part is not giving up on the things I love the most and keeping believing in myself that I have the power to achieve everything I have ever wanted in time. All it takes hard work, consinstency and motivation around me. If you cannot find motivation ask, or look for one. It helps so much and life is less of a stressful mess!

Let’s get ready so the weekend can arrive! =)

Hi darlings, I hope everyone is enjoying the week so far! I can’t believe how fast August is going by, one more week to enjoy the vibe, that means end of summer real soon… ah the joys!

I have been so in love with colour for so long, that I somehow forgotten how cute it is, being minimal yet still bold at the same time, without having to worry about going wrong with colours, as the so popular saying “you ever go wrong with black and white”. I have always agreed to the fact! I now have come to a realisation that I didn’t quite appreciate the colour black and white or on their own. There is just something so pure and honest about those colours! Just like life, just because your day isn’t perfect doesn’t mean your life is ruined nor if you are wearing black or white clothes is always a bad, plain or a sad thing.

Another week going great; not perfect ever! My clothing brand page on Instagram is now back and running, @simbachelle. We are not quite big yet but time for sure will show as more designs coming up this winter… so go ahead and give the page a follow and support it, if you like. Much appreciated! I had an Etsy online shop in the past, someone suggested I should keep; but shall I bring it back, what do you think? It’s handmade/machine after all… LOL

Another amazing week has just flown by… So, after going totally bald, and re-growing my hair, looking after my hair health, that rather grow quite fast I would say now; decided to finally fix up one of my wigs, cut it, wash it and style it, and girl, this beauty is fire!!! ( at least in my eyes… ) There is always so much fun! I like to believe that I am not that much of the girly girl, but people who know me well think otherwise, LOL Well you could say that yourself… but as long as I know myself, I love glitters, I hate pink ( I just don’t wear it, there is something I don’t like about it and I don’t know what, but I like to see others wear it, weird, I know! Not my cup of tea… ) I love doing my nails putting on wigs or extensions when I have my hair grown at a particular length, I do not wear make-up unless it is lipstick or an eyeliner, I don’t draw on my eyebrows, I am keeping it all healthy and nice. Pretty much that sums up a few things about my personality… =)

I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend! Where are you located in the globe? Is it nice and sunny? I hate this weather, although I am so over with it! Typical British weather, if you know, you know…

How to Mix Prints & Still Look Fab!

In here, we are in the fashion world, where mixing prints can be very tricky, but oh-so-fab!

Last night, I did a little more research on printing and printed clothing, to feed my brain in inspiration, the mission has been happily accomplished! I have selected the most fabulous looks in lovely prints and colours too for you! This will give you an idea of how to mix and match the correct way. It’s good to get more inspiration in prints if you are already on this particular level too!

Don’t just mix randomly or over do it, this will be a mistake… unless you know exactly what you’re doing and how. Mixing prints in different colours is a great way of showing colours and still look fantastic and bold. Most importantly, keep it simple in the mixing ladies and gents!

4 Fashion & Style Sites You Should Check Out!

On my recent online research into fashion mags, ideas and designs, I have come across some beautiful magazine-like websites that I have never known in my life before, which is quite cool, though there are tons of fashion and lifestyle sites on the planet that most of them share a similar kind of aesthetic. You click a link and it takes you there, even going through keywords via search engines, (Just google it!) typical research kind of thing that we all do!

On to that note, I wanted to share with you four of my so far new favourites, not just an inspiration but also a place to stop by and shop. As seen on my desktop!

The items on this site are so simple and so stylish, which I myself have began to truly adore. Their products are a bit high priced, that’s if you are looking to buy an item by Maje! The designs sort of have a 70’s feel to them which is cool, fashion comes and goes.

Artimondo, Italian, looks like a cool place, one of those online, handmade products made by various of people from all over the world, which I find interesting, similar to etsy!

Such a big bargain, this is the one, you can shop till you drop, tons of cool clothing items! Each item is so different in style, speaks true to personality, it is so high street!

Leave the best for last, if you know me, you know how much of a classic-like type of person I am, from Vintage to gothic, punk-ish, you can’t win! This online store provides the alternative site of fashion which is also a great place to look at alternative designs, there is never enough inspiration!

Cross-body bag Wishlist!

Currently obsessed with cross-body bags (it’s bags that rest around your shoulder) you know that feeling when you hold a specific handbag it just won’t stay on your shoulder for some reason or it’s just not for you, LOL. I find myself owning more of these type of handbags than I thought I was and if I see one on the shelves I simply can’t resist.

It’s not just a wishlist to be honest, it’s rather something to be inspired from, if you see something you like and it fits your budget then go ahead and grab that, it’s only a click ahead boo!
